Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a Facilities Assistant II to maintain clean warehouses and grounds at multiple Texas locations. The role involves routine janitorial tasks, recycling, light maintenance, and assistance with relocation and setup for company events.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of janitorial experience. Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in adverse weather, and operate basic maintenance

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean warehouse environment, dump trash daily, sweep, and recycle materials.
• Maintain clean grounds at multiple Texas locations (2441, 3737, 5050).
• Assist with relocation tasks and furniture moving.
• Set up and tear down for company events (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs).
• May provide janitorial services for all locations.
