Sirius Staffing is seeking a Facilities & Warehouse Associate for a contract to hire opportunity in Sinking Springs, PA.

Pay: $22.00/ hour to $24/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7:30a-4p, with Overtime as needed

SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Warehouse Operator who can support both maintenance-related tasks and general warehouse operations, including assisting with Employee Health and Safety (EHS) duties when maintenance responsibilities are complete .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support maintenance and facilities functions as needed.
• Perform safety audits and support EHS initiatives.
• Assist with dangerous goods shipping (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload trucks; pull and put away product.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors for PMs and calibrations.
• Wear required PPE: hair net, scrubs, safety shoes, safety glasses, nitrile gloves, respirator (when needed) .

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance/facilities systems such as HVAC, coolers/freezers, Bry-Air, PMs, and temperature monitoring systems (Vaisala) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and EHS protocols.
• Experience with SAP, BPCS, Excel, spreadsheets, and MaintainX .
• Forklift certified or ability to become certified.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
