Job summary

The role combines strong technical design skills for material movement and plant layout with practical, on-site execution, sourcing, construction, and commissioning to support US manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing equipment and utilities design.
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams and equipment layouts.
• Strong CAD proficiency across multiple tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of Process Safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and implement facility systems: building, piping, HVAC, process gas distribution.
• Support existing manufacturing sites with engineering resources.
• Review designs for new facilities as MP expands manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Physical Design Engineering, Process, Controls, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with environmental regulations.
• Document work and prepare technical reports; follow change management procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement to improve safety, uptime, and product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
