Qualifications

• Experience as Industrial Mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay current with industry advancements.
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
