Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Project Engineer within the West Lebanon bioproduction facility. The role supports the project management team across capital and operational excellence projects, developing process improvements and working with cross-functional teams.

This onsite position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. You will lead investigations, review protocols, and manage project scopes, budgets and timelines while upholding healthcare

Qualifications

• Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of related experience required; Master’s with three (3) years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and equipment troubleshooting to support deviations and corrective actions.
• Ensure systems are verified and remain in a validated state per FDA, EU, and NN requirements.
• Design and implement procedural or automation improvements.
• Coordinate with contractor services for design, fabrication, installation and validation.
