Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for the West Lebanon, NH facility. You will join a team responsible for upstream cell culture and API manufacturing, working across engineering, QA, and facilities to improve and simplify processes.

The role involves training during bootcamp weeks, a fast-paced shopfloor environment, and daily collaboration to meet production goals while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years experience, relevant manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline with zero (0) years’ experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP operations preferable; ability to follow established written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products and provide manufacturing support.
• Complete routine documentation associated with manufacture of product.
• Support in-process activities and product development as directed by supervisor.
• Incorporate pre-planned process improvements and cost reduction into manufacturing.
• Perform area equipment and process validations per validation procedures.
• Perform in-process product testing per standard procedures.
• Wear PPE in cleanroom and adhere to GMP at all times.
• Support manufacturing activities in other departments as instructed.
