Job summary

Mississippi Power in Gulfport, MS seeks a Facilities Technology Integration Specialist to bridge Facilities, business stakeholders, vendors, and the Technology Organization for facility-driven tech initiatives. This role provides service across the MPC territory and manages non-standard technology projects to ensure secure, scalable, and enterprise-aligned solutions.

Storm response is a requirement for all roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, engineering, or business.
• 4+ years in IT support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multiple technology domains and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and coordinate facility-driven technology requests and enhancements.
• Partner with facilities project manager, designer, and maintenance specialists, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Coordinate with Technology Organization teams, vendors, project design teams, Security, and others to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, costs, dependencies, and deliverables for facility technology initiatives.
• Provide oversight for procurement, testing, and transition to support; maintain documentation and budgets.
