Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct site-wide maintenance such as painting, patching walls, and flooring/tile replacement.
• Inspect and repair interior/exterior areas including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
• Assist janitorial and hospitality staff with general requests and event setup/teardown.
• Manage campus-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed.
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets on SpaceX’s system.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
