Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a resilient Facilities Technician to support expanding and outfitting our facilities, ensuring safe, reliable building systems and proactive maintenance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install components across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure.

You should have 5+ years of facilities experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school equivalent.
• 5+ years of facilities experience in a fast-moving environment.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing experience preferred.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and repair facilities and equipment.
• Provide scheduled and emergency repairs.
• Visit job sites daily to document quality, safety, and progress.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment; knowledge of heavy machinery is a plus.
