Job summary

Axiom Maintenance Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across multiple sites, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in building maintenance and a strong ability to work with a team. We offer a solid benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and sick leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in building maintenance is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance, repairs and installations across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds and equipment to identify issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Install fixtures and appliances following safety codes.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and communicate with managers and clients.
• Respond to on-call emergency issues as needed.
