Qualifications

• One year of maintenance and/or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• General understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Perform routine maintenance duties for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with heating, air-conditioning, and emergency generator systems.
