Job summary

The Perry Hotel Naples is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of hotel systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems. You will perform preventative maintenance and basic carpentry tasks while documenting work in a CMMS.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in engineering and maintenance, with training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, holds a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

• Operational Repairs and General Maintenance Respond, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems within the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety systems. Perform tasks such as preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, and mechanical maintenance. Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure proper documentation and reporting is a plus.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Familiar with compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations, including certifications (e.g., HVAC, pool operations, electrical). Familiar with safety procedures, including basic emergency protocols.
• Customer Service: Understand the importance of addressing guest issues related to engineering promptly and efficiently, while maintaining high service standards and respond effectively to service requests or emergencies.
