Job summary

Seattle Academy seeks a full-time, 12-month Facilities Technician to join our Operations team. This non-exempt hourly role maintains building, equipment, and machinery including HVAC and lighting, grounds keeping, security, and general facilities tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems and equipment per schedule.
• Coordinate with third‑party contractors for repairs.
• Uphold safety and housekeeping practices throughout the facility.
• Assist Facilities Director in preventative maintenance planning and execution.
• Support faculty and staff by responding to facilities requests in a timely manner.
