Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Facilities Technician to support safe, functional operations across our properties in Santa Fe, NM. Qualifications

• 1+ years of facilities maintenance, construction or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication with leadership, coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations under the Director of Facilities leadership.
• Respond to work orders and perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment to identify unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
• Perform general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, tile and landscaping.
• Repair and maintain structural elements and fixtures such as floors, sinks, showers, walls and doors.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Support maintenance of pools, spas and hot tubs as assigned.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and health standards in all work activities.
