Job summary

NWFEM is seeking skilled Facilities Service Technicians for the Seattle metro area. This day-shift role covers repair, maintenance and renovation in commercial restaurant environments, with a path from entry-level helper to Project Manager/Superintendent.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in handyman/renovation work, a clean driving record, and a willingness to learn within a supportive, safety-focused team that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Handywork/Renovation experience (drywall, painting, flooring, etc.).
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Possess a strong, clean driving record, be insurable.
• Possess a thorough understanding of tools, safety equipment, and their proper uses.

Responsibilities

• Our Facilities Service Technicians repair, maintain, and renovate from floor to ceiling in a commercial restaurant environment.
• Deliver, install, or retrieve equipment/furniture as needed.
• Provide exceptional building maintenance and repair across Seattle Metro area.
• Assess jobs, provide estimates to management, and procure materials for work to be done by other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Grow professionally toward broader roles such as Project Manager/Superintendent.
