This full-time position will require the candidate to handle various responsibilities, including interior and exterior painting, basic facility repairs, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in painting or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior painting projects.
• Prep walls and surfaces for painting.
• Perform basic facility repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the facility.
• Assist with building upkeep and repairs.
• Move materials, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Support plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
