The Waters in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an Environmental Services Technician to support the Environmental Services Manager in maintaining the community building and grounds. The role emphasizes guest-like service, attention to cleanliness, and reliable preventive work orders.

Responsibilities include assisting housekeeping, grounds and building maintenance, event setup and teardown, and completing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hospitality or senior living.
• Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care and painting preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds; capable of walking, climbing stairs, bending and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping team.
• Assist with grounds and building maintenance projects.
• Assist with furniture movement for community event set-up and tear-down.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders including HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and related tasks.
• Perform other related work activities as needed.
