Job summary

The Waters in Edina, MN seeks an Environmental Services Technician to support the Environmental Services Manager in keeping our community clean, safe and inviting. You will help maintain common areas, assist with grounds and building tasks, and ensure exemplary service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance, preferably in hospitality or senior living.
Carpet cleaning, floor care and painting experience preferred.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to walk, climb stairs, bend and squat.
Able to withstand external weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist the housekeeping team.
Assist with grounds and building maintenance projects.
Assist with furniture movement for events.
Complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Perform other related work activities as needed.
