Job summary

DD Construction is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across multiple properties in North Eastern, PA. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance repairs, with the ability to work independently across several sites.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and coordination with outside contractors as needed, plus on-call support for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance repairs.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot common issues.
• Works independently across multiple properties and locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, basic inspections).
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Repair and maintain small appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.).
• Handle general building maintenance: doors, locks, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and hardware.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance calls at multiple locations.
• Work with outside contractors when needed.
• Assist with emergency or on-call repairs as required.
