Job summary

Dd Construction seeks a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance and repairs across multiple properties in North Eastern, PA. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience and can work independently to complete tasks.

Key duties include preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, troubleshooting basic building systems, repairing appliances, and handling general building upkeep.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues.
• Experience with repairing small appliances and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, basic inspections).
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Repair and maintain small appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.).
• Handle general building maintenance: doors, locks, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and hardware.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance calls at multiple locations.
• Work with outside contractors when needed.
• Assist with emergency or on‑call repairs as required.
