Job summary

D & D Construction LLC is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to service multiple properties across North Eastern, PA. This role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance repairs, with the ability to work independently.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage general building upkeep, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical work.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, basic inspections)
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Repair and maintain small appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.)
• Handle general building maintenance: doors, locks, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and hardware
• Respond to work orders and maintenance calls at multiple locations
• Work with outside contractors when needed
• Assist with emergency or on-call repairs as required
