Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician at our Moscow, Idaho property. You will handle maintenance requests, preventive tasks, turnovers, and supply coordination to keep the property safe and functional for residents.

We value customer service, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires EPA 608 Type I and CPO certifications or intent to obtain, plus a valid driver’s license, and you may be scheduled for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I certification required.
• CPO certification or intent to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to access computer programs relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance service requests and perform routine repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and turnovers for apartments.
• Maintain safety and functionality of the property and equipment.
• Document work performed, parts used, and follow up actions.
• Assist with inventory and coordination of supplies and vendors.
• Support on-call duties and after-hours emergencies when required.
