Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with trade/tech training in Electricity and HVAC, or demonstrated related experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in building maintenance.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license with good driving record.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools and work around animals.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance tasks in building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting areas.
- Repair or replace mechanical equipment, plumbing fixtures, and electrical devices (switches, receptacles, motors, light fixtures).
- Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, trim, and locks.
- Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings.
- Procure or bid maintenance materials and perform related paperwork.
