Responsibilities

• Completes general and preventive maintenance daily.
• Inspects building/grounds daily and makes needed repairs.
• Inspects vacant units and completes repairs before new resident moves in.
• Remains available to perform seasonally appropriate grounds maintenance.
• Assists with preventive maintenance program and trouble-shoots issues.
