BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Windsor is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Technician to support maintenance across up to 15 locations. You will handle light construction, repairs and vendor coordination to keep our centers safe and compliant.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years of facilities experience, with strong written and verbal communication, budgeting mindset, and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and site responsibilities.
• Budget-minded with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage up to 15 locations.
• Perform light construction and maintenance tasks (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair small appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers).
• Maintain exterior spaces, including playgrounds, and manage vendors.
• Manage work order system for internal requests.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendors and monitor performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations.
• Support centers during audits, regulatory visits, compliance initiatives.
