Job summary

Easy Mile Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance and repairs across club facilities and equipment, including fitness gear, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience and familiarity with fitness equipment.

The role involves collaborating with the Manager of Facilities and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and safely, with on-call responsibilities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• , you must be able to interpret a variety of maintenance manuals and diagrams.
• Demonstrate drive and initiative to anticipate, identify, solve, and follow through on problems with accuracy.
• Adaptable to work in a team environment and able to build relationships with a diverse group of contributors.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• +3 years building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete facilities/building repairs within a given geographic territory, including inspections.
• Oversee routine and preventative repairs and maintenance in skilled trades including but not limited to fitness equipment, tanning beds, Hydromassage beds, and building automation systems.
• Oversee maintenance and equipment repairs including managing the ordering and tracking of parts and supplies.
• Oversee third party trade partners.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, vehicles and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
• Support on‑call or emergency response situations.
• Other projects and tasks to be assigned.
