Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time Facilities Technician at the Gilford Operations Center to support maintenance across several facilities. You will perform routine repairs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of related experience, basic MS Office, and a valid driver's license. Some travel to bank branches may be required, and a physical, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive personal or company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work including mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Review service requests for repairs via work order system and discuss resolution with supervisor.
• Routinely visit locations to check boilers, air conditioning, and general facility conditions.
• Perform monthly audits and create work orders to repair issues found.
• Coordinate services from routine providers (HVAC, snow removal, landscaping) and report findings regularly.
• Oversee projects with external service providers (remodels, new equipment installations, annual inspections).
• Follow all safety rules and regulations daily.
• Perform other related duties and project work as assigned.
