Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic carpentry, electric, plumbing, and general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular building repairs and maintenance including fixtures, flooring, furniture, fixtures, water heaters, outlets, and mounting TVs.
• General labor such as removing detritus and moving furniture for new stations.
• Occasional use of a moving truck may be required.
