Applicants should have 2+ years of facilities maintenance and a high school diploma or equivalent; blueprints literacy, safety training, and ability to travel to SpaceX locations are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints.
• Experience with project management software or tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC requests.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support operations.
• Inspect and repair interior/exterior areas, fixtures, roofing, lighting.
• Assist facilities management and staff with special projects and events.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as required.
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets on SpaceX's system.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
