• Minimum 3 years of proven facilities experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective relationships.
• Ability to understand and resolve facilities/equipment repair issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on buildings.
• Keep management informed on progress and delays of work orders.
• Ensure timely completion of authorized work orders in a cost-effective manner.
