Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of facilities maintenance, vendor management, or related experience.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility systems and equipment for safe operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, inspections, and service visits.
• Maintain records related to contractors and facility services.
• Assist with event setup and relocation as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
