Holiday Inn of Midland, operated by Suburban Inns, seeks a reliable maintenance associate. The role covers property grounds, public areas, and parking, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with a starting wage of $17 per hour and negotiable based on experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing routine maintenance, cleaning exterior areas, and assisting in preventive tasks.

Competenze

• Minimum knowledge to interpret/extract information and perform building repair/upkeep functions.
• Formal education: high school diploma or relevant job-related experience.
• Uniform and appearance guidelines apply, with safety and professional standards.

Mansioni

• Report to work in uniform, greet guests, make them feel welcome.
• Participate in daily huddles and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Maintain parking areas, exterior spaces, and landscaping; perform cleaning and minor repairs.
• Record and report time, materials, faults, and deficiencies via work orders.
• Assist with fire protection system checks and safety protocols.
• Drive company vehicles or operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Maintain communication across hotel departments and uphold quality standards.
