Qualifications

• 5–7 years of direct facilities experience in a professional, preferably technical manufacturing environment.
• Safety and environmental experience; fosters a culture of safety and risk prevention; able to effectively perform incident investigations.
• Strong technical skills and up-to-date knowledge of facilities equipment and technology.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; forklift or scissor lift experience preferred.
• Effective problem-solving skills; ability to resolve complex issues and prevent recurrence.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of facilities infrastructure and systems, delivering highly responsive support to production, engineering, and other teams.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs for building, office, clean rooms, warehouses and other areas.
• Coordinate with contractors for facility maintenance and improvements; support quotes, budget tracking, and leadership communication.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to optimize functionality.
• Ensure a safe, clean, compliant, and cost-effective environment.
• Maintain logs, equipment data, building files, and inventory; serve as on-site expert for relevant systems.
