Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Two or more areas of expertise from electrical, HVAC-R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI.
• Experience responding to emergencies and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair facility MEP systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities in the CMMS.
• Respond to equipment alarms and facility emergencies to restore safe operation.
