Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a versatile Facilities Technician to keep our clubs safe, clean, and member-ready across multiple Annapolis-area locations. You’ll manage work orders in ServiceChannel, perform hands-on repairs, and coordinate with club managers to minimize downtime.

You’ll bring 1–4 years of facilities experience, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and a solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of facilities experience (preferred).
• Basic carpentry, painting, drywall and general repair skills.
• Foundational understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar CAFM/FMS.
• Strong work ethic and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out facility work orders in ServiceChannel, meeting KPI timelines.
• Prioritize urgent repairs and communicate changes or delays.
• Perform routine club inspections to spot hazards and maintenance needs.
• Handle on-site repairs: carpentry, tile, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Complete assigned plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Keep managers and Facilities updated on repair status and timelines.
• Travel between assigned clubs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Support after-hours/emergency on-call needs as scheduled.
• Attend required meetings and follow all club, service, and emergency procedures.
