Job summary

This on-site role involves routine maintenance, inspections, and timely response to issues to keep the store functional and compliant. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of plumbing experience and a valid Journeyman Plumber license, plus a state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• 2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
• License in related trade in city and/or state of work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plumbing systems in the facility and assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing and related facilities equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to complete work orders on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and preventive maintenance activities.
