Matern Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Technician III for an apparel distribution center in Ashland, VA. In this role, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building and material handling equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will service conveyor systems including AutoStore, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with external contractors, and maintain records. The position requires a High School diploma and at least 4 years of facility maintenance experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years facility maintenance experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred).
• Ability to read drawings and schematics; basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs on material handling equipment and facility systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and implement process improvements; respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate external contractors/vendors for installation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ensure compliance with laws and hazmat record-keeping.
