  • Receive, inspect, inventory, and distribute deliveries.
  • Assist trades, vendors, and staff with construction and maintenance as needed.
  • Occasional after-hours call-ins; possible weekend work.
  • Assist Grounds Dept with snow removal as needed.

Job Duties:
  • Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment, and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation
  • Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections and monitors cleanliness
  • Troubleshoots, escalates, and documents issues according to established policies and procedures
  • Receives, inspects, inventories, and distributes deliveries independently to appropriate entities
  • Assists trades, crafts, vendors, and technical staff with construction, design, and operational maintenance as needed
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours call ins weekday and weekends
  • Must be available for occasional assistance to Grounds Dept for snow removal
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform occasional asbestos-related work, including collecting bulk samples of suspected asbestos; containing materials for laboratory analysis and occasionally performing small-scale glove-bag removals.

Pay rate is $26 per hour
