Job summary

MyPath is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to help keep the T.C. Harris School & Academy campus, its academy and group homes safe, functional, and well maintained. You’ll perform a variety of building repairs, respond to maintenance needs, and help ensure facilities meet agency and State standards.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED, a building trades license, and at least 2 years in maintenance with tools. You’ll use a work order system and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• License or certification in a building trade.
• At least 2 years of maintenance or building trade experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility systems.
