This role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems in all offices. Responsibilities include assigning work orders, conducting inspections, performing maintenance, planning renovations, and providing technical guidance to staff. Successful candidates will work in Northern VA areas such as Fairfax, Loudoun, Herndon, Falls Church, and Vienna.

This role is eligible for a $2,000 Sign-on bonus.

Qualifications include 5-7 years of related experience, expert knowledge of building systems, experience with HVAC, plumbing, and construction, ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic equipment, and a valid driver's license. Preferred licenses include Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, HVAC Mechanic, or Certified Building Mechanic. EPA Certification and DPOR License within 18 months are required.

Education Requirements

High School Graduate or GED required. An associate degree or equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of higher education.

Licenses, Certifications, or Qualifications

Valid Driver's License required. Experience and license as Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, HVAC Mechanic, or Certified Building Mechanic preferred. EPA Certification (Type I, II, III) and R-410A Certification are preferred. Must obtain Journeyman or Masters DPOR License within 18 months of hire.

Working Conditions

Travel and operating machinery 76-100%.
