Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.
• Repair or replace faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment; clear obstructed lines and fix leaks.
• Perform daily checks on specialized equipment (nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, patient transport gear).
• Manage receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials, furniture, equipment, and files between storage and active locations.
• Follow PPE and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulatory codes.
