Job summary

Frenchman’s Creek is seeking an HVAC Technician to ensure safe and efficient operation of club equipment including HVAC, boilers, chillers, and kitchen systems in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role includes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and documentation of work in the CMMS.

Responsibilities cover troubleshooting complex systems, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards. EPA 608 certification is required; high school diploma and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and application.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electricity.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools.
• Ability to operate in high and low temperature ranges.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Knowledge of building mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to input information using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, maintain and repair HVAC and related equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals; use diagnostic tools.
• Perform emergency repairs to plumbing, kitchen and building equipment.
• Document inspections and maintenance in CMMS.
