Job summary

BioFire Defense, LLC is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City. You will respond to requests using the CMMC system, close tickets, and perform interior maintenance from painting to electrical and hanging fixtures.

You will join a team-focused environment and support larger projects while keeping a safe, clean work area. The role requires 1–2 years in facilities maintenance and a willingness to operate scissor lifts and forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience or similar field.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily requests from customers using CMMC system.
• Complete work tickets in CMMC system.
• Perform general interior maintenance: painting, furniture assembly/moves, light plumbing, drywall repair, hanging boards and TVs.
• Collaborate with facilities team on larger projects and maintain a clean, safe shop.
• Perform PMs and operate scissor lift and forklift as needed.
• On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
