Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on campus facilities and carries out minor maintenance job-related duties as assigned.
• Secures doors and windows of all areas and all buildings.
• Assists in emergency procedures and assists in recycling and pest control.
• Maintains all types of floor surfaces, fabric surfaces, and upholstery.
• Maintains the grounds and compounds, including snow removal.
