Job summary

ALO is seeking a Facilities Tech I/II to perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling components in the Fulfillment Center. The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, experience with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC, and a willingness to work at heights and flexible hours.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years related experience, plus CMMS/PLC familiarity.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred; experience considered.
3–5 years mechanical and technical maintenance/troubleshooting.
Strong ability to read and follow instructions and numbers in English.
Knowledge of 3-phase systems up to 480VAC and safety procedures.
Read drawings/diagrams and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues.
Ability to lift up to 75 lb and work at heights; stay flexible with schedule.
CMMS, PLC, and electrical troubleshooting familiarity plus lockout/tagout.
Certification on powered industrial equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in repair/maintenance of equipment in the Fulfillment Center.
Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using drawings and tools.
Complete work orders and documentation per procedures.
Maintain conveyor systems and maintenance area; support inventory of tools.
Work at heights of 40 ft or more and assist with certifications as needed.
Support general facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and electrical work.
Coordinate with supervision to meet operational goals.
