Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic across units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility equipment, including ASRS, docking gear, and electrical systems.
• Follow OSHA electrical safety standards and NFPA codes.
• Log time and materials in CMMS and manage preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light welding as needed.
• Support on-call and emergency response to ensure safety and uptime.
