Job summary

Adventuresci is seeking a Facilities Technician I for a part-time role responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with various maintenance tasks at the Adventure Science Center. This position requires working on weekends and holidays, demonstrating strong customer service and teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and relevant experience in custodial or maintenance work. Perks include free parking, a 401(k) plan, and discounts to local venues.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous work experience in custodial, maintenance, or events.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the building, including vacuuming and sanitizing.
• Set up and tear down for events in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
