Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in construction or facilities maintenance.
• Must be able to climb ladders to reach heights of up to 20 feet.
• Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repair work around the building.
• Maintain work order records and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance of HVAC systems.

Skills

Basic knowledge of carpentry

Knowledge of proper lifting techniques

Familiarity with power tools

Ability to understand work orders
