Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician I in Garden Grove, CA to keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance on building systems, assist with projects, and support office moves while following safety policies.

The ideal candidate has a basic understands of building trades, tools, and BMS software, with a can-do attitude and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current California Class C driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with building trades and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to standards.
• Inspects and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety and waste systems; performs basic preventive maintenance.
• Assists with office moves, fixture installation, and moving materials within the facility.
• Logs activities in the work order system and coordinates with contractors on projects or complex repairs.
• Adheres to safety policies, OSHA regulations, PPE, and LOTO procedures.
