Job summary

Arizona Liver Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. The role supports building upkeep, fleet management, and vendor coordination to ensure safe and reliable facilities services.

You will collaborate with Facilities Managers, maintain preventive maintenance records, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• OSHA knowledge a plus.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Facilities Managers, who assign, prioritize, and review work.
• Provide regular updates to Facilities Managers and elevate issues as needed.
• Respond to emergent facilities issues, triage and resolve promptly, including escalation to vendors.
• Perform hands-on repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Plan and coordinate installations, maintenance, and service with trusted vendors.
• Support building maintenance for Arizona Liver Health and related entities.
• Support vehicle fleet management, including routine maintenance and registrations.
• Assist with on-site operations, hanging installations, and furniture assembly.
